Renters are responsible for placing their trash in the provided trash cans and taking their personal belongings. The staff at Doc’s will handle the remaining cleaning tasks.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We provide the space, and you can arrange for your own catering and decorations. We are happy to send an email with our vendor list for recommendations on catering, decor, and more.

Doc’s can accommodate up to 100 guests for gatherings. For seated events, we can seat up to 45 people in the dining area and up to 65 people overall, including the bar area seating. Some adjustments can be made to suit your specific needs. Extra seating may be an option upon request. 

Our regular business hours are from 8:00 AM to midnight. If you require access outside of these hours, please inquire, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Yes, we have three 8-foot tables available on site for display items and other uses. Renters may bring their own tablecloths unless otherwise specified.

Yes, guests are welcome to rearrange the furniture to suit their event needs. However, please inquire about specific setup details in advance, as we prefer to have the space prepared beforehand to meet your requirements.

Yes, we have a large four-compartment cooler located behind the bar, which is available for use. Guests are welcome to bring coolers with ice for beverages if they so choose. 

Yes, you are welcome to play music during your event. You can bring your own speaker, hire a solo musician, or use our complimentary Bluetooth speaker available on site.

Guests will receive a code to access a key to the building. The code is used to open a lockbox located outside the entrance door. This code will remain active for the duration of the booking, allowing guests to come and go as they please. The key must be returned to the lockbox at the end of the event after ensuring the building is securely locked.
